Each and every one of our quality radiators utilize brass-knurled bushings, never plastic. Our high quality radiators also include high-quality brass knurled bushings to prevent seeping over time. For a better seal design we use an oval gasket and a deep groove header to deliver a better-longer lasting crimp. Next, we use a locking tab to lock the side column to the end tanks for added durability, core support, and at the same time allowing space for tube expansion and contraction.
